Remember!
For the Cost Performance Index(CPI) and for Schedule Performance Index(SPI):
Less than 1 is Bad.
Greater than 1 is Good.
For the To Complete Performance Index (TCPI):
Less than 1 is Good.
Greater than 1 is Bad.
